- How to Prepare, Vegan and Gluten Free Pancakes (2 servings): Add four (4) ounces of green plantain flour with 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 a tablespoon of sweetener and a pinch of salt. Mix in a ripe banana. Add 200mL of vegan milk and 50mL of water and a tablespoon of olive oil. Blend everything together until a thick liquid and pour a quarter of mix into pan, until both sides are cooked.
